PVR Textures

TexturePacker can produce tightly-packed PVR files that use less RAM and increase performance on iOS and some Android devices. I would love to see support for PVR textures, perhaps with a PNG fallback for devices that do not support it.

Seconded - this would be very useful for games whose graphics are of the kind that don't play well with PNG. There's always JPG, but JPG only buys you file size, not RAM and performance.

How much work would be involved in making this happen?
